The details.
What is a seat?
Anyone with a login, and anyone who owns a runbook, an IP address or an SSH key. You pay for the number of seats, not for who is in them; when a developer leaves, put someone else in their seat.
What happens when I need more or fewer seats mid-year?
Adding a seat charges the remaining months at €1 each. Removing a seat credits them to the next invoice.
Can I pay monthly?
No. At €1 a seat, monthly payments would lose more than 30% to payment processing fees. Yearly billing keeps the price at €1.
What if I go from two seats back to one?
The account moves to Solo at the next renewal. Nothing is removed.
What if I stop paying?
Reminders and pipeline checks pause. Your data stays readable and exportable for six months, then is deleted.
